New subscriptions:

1. Discuss requests for subscriptions with department chair and department's library representative. Acquiring a new subscription will likely involve canceling another from the department's area of subscriptions
2. Library representative submits new subscription request to Associate University Librarian for
   Collection Development & Electronic Resources Chuck Hamaker, ext. 72825, email cahamake@uncc.edu.
3. The Library Representative will be contacted with a list of current subscriptions received for the department if cancellation of another subscription title is required.

Back volumes:

• Submit requests for back (non-current) volumes of serial titles or questions concerning continuing subscriptions and receipt of serial material to Associate University Librarian for Collection Development & Electronic Resources Chuck Hamaker, ext. 72825, email cahamake@uncc.edu.
