Yes. You'll need a wireless (802.11b) equipped laptop or device, and an SSL enabled web browser.
You'll need to configure your laptop or device's wireless network settings to use our SSID.
The SSID for the campus is uncc49er (all lowercase).
Disable WEP or any other wireless encryption.
Network should be set to Access Point (by default), not Ad-hoc or Peer-to-Peer.
Once configured, open your web browser and login using your Novell login.
