The campus community is invited to attend the following presentation by Stanley Wilder, University Librarian: The Academic Library Workforce in Transition: New Demographic Data from the Association of Research Libraries

Please join us on November 14 in Atkins Library for Dr. Kent Brintnall's  presentation and discussion of his new book:  Ecce Homo: the Male-Body-in-Pain as Redemptive Figure.  

Beginning Tuesday, November 7 at 7:00 PM, Atkins Library will be offering Introduction to EndNote classes in Room 124.  EndNote, a citation management software, is available to UNCC students, faculty and staff.  The evening classes do not require registration and are open to all.

 Philip Coggan will speak on topics explored in his book, Paper Promises: Money, Debt and the New World Order, as an installation of the 2012-2013 International Speaker Series.

Atkins Library has announced its decision to adopt a powerful new search software for books and journal articles. The new system, built by OCLC, will go live by the fall, 2013 semester. From OCLC's website:
