Book Delivery for Faculty, Staff and Students: The library will deliver books from the Atkins Library collection to your Center City office via campus mail. Simply find the book that you need in the library catalog, click on “request” and choose Center City Library as the delivery location.
Article Delivery for Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students:Interlibrary Loan staff will scan articles and book chapters from journals and books from the Atkins Library collection and deliver them electronically.
Interlibrary Loan
Request materials that are not owned by Atkins Library. Borrow materials from another library.
Course Reserves
Traditional/Hard Copy Reserves: We will place library or faculty-owned materials on limited loan at Center City Library.
Electronic Reserves:The Library will scan library-owned or faculty–owned materials and make them accessible 24/7 to your students via our E-Reserves system. We will also add stable links to full-text journal articles or other files to your Course Reserves list or in your moodle course.
Center City Librarian
Shannon Paul, M.L.S., is the librarian for the Center City Building. She is there to provide research support to students and faculty. Ms. Paul has over twenty years experience working with students, faculty, and researchers in a variety of library settings. Ms. Paul came to the Atkins Library, University of North Carolina Charlotte from the American Planning Association, where she managed the Merriam Center Library.
