Taking the library with you has just gotten easier. Two UNC Charlotte graduate students, Ketav Nathwani and Tushar Gugnani, along with the library's web graphic designer, Maggie Ngo, have just released the library's new mobile website. The team spent several months researching, re-designing and testing the site to create optimal functionality.
"The implementation of the project prototype was changed many times, keeping in mind [the] user should get the functionality done in [a] minimum number of clicks," said Gugnani. "Also, [the] website was made in such a way that it fits screen sizes of all the major handheld devices."
With the touch of a finger, students can quickly access the computer availability map, reserve a group study room and, of course, research the library's entire catalog. Check out the site and let us know what you think!
