Atkins 124 and 125: Classroom Use Policy
            Atkins Rooms 124 and 125 are intended as Library-instruction classrooms. Each room is reserved for Library instruction Monday through Friday.  Exceptions to this policy require the approval of Library Administration and are listed below:
 
·        Library events – staff workshops, conferences, All Staff Meetings, etc. – organized by Library Administration
·        University events organized by the Offices of the Chancellor and the Provost, ITS (including CTL), SOAR, Marketing, and Summer Camps.
 
Atkins 273: Digital Scholarship Classroom Use Policy
            Atkins Room 273 is intended as a Digital Scholarship Lab classroom.  It is reserved for Digital Scholarship Lab use Monday through Friday.  Exceptions to this policy require the approval of Library Administration and are listed below:
 
·        Library events – staff workshops, conferences, All Staff Meetings, etc. – organized by Library Administration
·        Library instruction by IC Librarians— when Library Instruction Classrooms (Atkins 124 & 125) are not available and limited to five hours use per week during daytime hours.  Evening classes are also permitted when 124 & 125 are not available and there is no hour limit to evening class use of 273.
·        University events organized by the Offices of the Chancellor and the Provost, ITS (including CTL), SOAR, Marketing, and Summer Camps.
