Research Data Services provides support for machine-readable data research needs.
Services
Data Sets
Numerical data resources acquired mainly through the Library's membership in the Interuniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR), and the Federal Depository Library Program.
State Data Center
Research Data Services is an Academic Affiliate of the North Carolina State Data Center Program. In that capacity, SDC staff will assist users in obtaining statistical data from North Carolina state agencies.
Computer Mapping
ArcView is a powerful mapping package that enables thematic mapping on the state and county level for the entire United States. Mapping is also possible by census tracts and block groups.
