Thanks for your interest in joining the Library User Insight Pool! When you join the pool, we'll send you invitations to participate in studies designed to gather your feedback on services offered by the library. Your feedback will help us improve the library for everyone.
Earn Rewards for Participating
If you're invited to participate in a study, you may receive a gift card, a gift bag, or other incentive as compensation for your time. You can choose to participate in more than one study if invited. For tax purposes, employees of the university (not including student workers) are not eligible for participation rewards, but we still encourage you to participate!
Who Can Participate?
If you consider yourself a user or potential user of Atkins Library, we hope you'll consider joining the pool. Whether your use is frequent or infrequent, whether it’s primarily physical or digital, we invite you to give us your feedback. You must be age 18 or older and have a UNCC email address to participate.
How to Sign Up
Fill out our Library User Insight Pool interest form to join the pool. If you have any questions, email Jon Moore, User Experience Librarian for Atkins Library, at jon.moore@uncc.edu.
