Atkins Library introduced a new concept to this semester's stress-filled exam week. ATKINS EXAM THERAPY was created to provide ways for our students to unwind, take a break, and re-charge during finals. The dogs from Paws for Exam Therapy made four visits this past week (an increase from past semesters), Atkins staff gave out 800 slices of free pizza to hungry and appreciative students, the library sponsored free coffee during three overnight periods, and students had the opportunity to play cards or a board game, or release their creative side with markers and doodle pads which were available on our rolling Play Therapy cart. We hope these activities helped revive our tired students who spent many hours inside of Atkins this week.
